J2SE renamed...

In seems that Sun has renamed Java 2 Standard Edition (J2SE) 1.5 (which is presently in beta and also known as Tiger) to Java Platform Standard Edition 5.0 (also covered here). This will hopefully clear up some of the confusion regarding the Java 2 and the 1.x version.

I am not sure, however, how people are going to react to the jump in version numbers, however, from the sounds of it, it seems that Tiger is sufficiently changed that it does deserve the new version number.
